Comparison review
Galaxy S10 5G is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 40 Pro, with a score of 93.6 against 90.9. The Galaxy S10 5G design is a little lighter and thinner than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, even though it was released a little bit more than a year before. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S10 5G has the newer 11 version and Huawei Mate 40 Pro has Android 10, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. Both have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM. The Galaxy S10 5G features a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1440 x 3040 resolution and a little bit better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a very superior camera than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a lot smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a lot more MP back camera and a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Galaxy S10 5G one, both have the same 256 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
