Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a general score of 93.6, which is much better than the LG G5's global score of 76.1. These phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has the older 11 version while LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is a much newer phone than the LG G5, but it's a little thicker and heavier.
The Galaxy S10 5G and the LG G5 feature quite similar screens, because although the LG G5 has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per display inch.
