Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is slightly better than the Galaxy S10 5G, with a 98.9 score against 93.6. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is newer, but just a little heavier and a little bit thicker than Galaxy S10 5G. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Galaxy S10 5G has Android 11.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better CPU than Galaxy S10 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a display that's just as good as Galaxy S10 5G's screen, because although the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a just a little worse display pixel density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px and a little larger display.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images and video, it also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera, a lot larger sensor shooting much better quality videos and photos and a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, giving up a couple features and specs.
