The Asus ROG Phone counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a quite better pixel number per inch in the display.

Asus ROG Phone counts with more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S10 Lite, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite has just a bit better battery performance than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
