Galaxy S10 Lite has a global score of 89.7, which is much better than Motorola Edge 40's global score of 77.2. Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it is also older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite features a way better performance than Motorola Edge 40. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
Motorola Edge 40 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S10 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a little bit better pixel count in each inch of display. The Galaxy S10 Lite counts with just a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a much tinier camera aperture which is worse for low light photos and video, a camera in the back with lesser megapixels, a worse video resolution and a much tinier sensor which gives a lot worse photo and video quality.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite features a very superior memory for applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S10 Lite has just a little bit longer battery duration than Motorola Edge 40, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
