The Galaxy S10 Lite has a score of 89.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A50's 83.8 overall score. Even though Galaxy S10 Lite is newer than the Galaxy A50, it's heavier and a bit thicker. The Galaxy S10 Lite counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S10 Lite also has a greater amount of RAM.

Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy A50 both feature incredibly similar screens, because although the Galaxy A50 has a little bit smaller screen and a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite has a slightly bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and video, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and videos, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy S10 Lite features a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy A50, because it has a 13% more battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite costs more than the Galaxy A50, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
