Galaxy S10 is better than the Google Pixel 3a, having a overall score of 88.3 against 78.8. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. The Galaxy S10 construction is just a bit thinner but just a little bit heavier than the Google Pixel 3a, and both were released with only a couple of months difference.
