Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is a bit better than Galaxy S10, getting a score of 89 against 88.3. The Google Pixel 5 is a a bit lighter device than Galaxy S10, but both have the same thickness. The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 5, because it has a better 1440 x 3040px resolution, a higher pixels amount in each inch of screen and a little bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy S10 has just a little better performance than Google Pixel 5. They have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. Galaxy S10 counts with a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S10 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
The Google Pixel 5 has improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S10, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh. The Google Pixel 5 has a camera that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S10 one, because although the Google Pixel 5 has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have a 0.39 inches back camera sensor, the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, it also counts with a more mega pixels camera in the back.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S10. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S10, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
