Comparison review
Galaxy S10 is a little bit better than Huawei P40, with a general score of 88.3 against 86.4. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S10 has a newer 11 version and Huawei P40 has Android 10, giving you a couple nice extra features. The Galaxy S10 design is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Huawei P40, despite of the fact that it was released just a little over a year before.
The Galaxy S10 counts with a bit better screen than Huawei P40, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Galaxy S10 also has a better quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a higher 1440 x 3040 resolution. Galaxy S10 has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei P40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S10 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Huawei P40 and Samsung Galaxy S10 feature similar CPUs, and although the Huawei P40 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Huawei P40 features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a way tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photos, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P40 also counts with a lot better resolution back facing camera and a way larger camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs.
Huawei P40 has a little better battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has a 3800mAh battery size instead of 3400mAh.
Although Galaxy S10 is a better device, it costs more than the Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P40. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S10, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei P40, letting go a couple specifications.
