Galaxy S10 is better than Motorola Edge 40, having a global score of 88.3 against 77.2. The Galaxy S10 is an extremely older and a little thicker phone than Motorola Edge 40, but Samsung was able to make it a bit lighter anyway. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S10 has older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a much better performing processor than Motorola Edge 40. They have a 8 GB RAM memory and 8 cores. Motorola Edge 40 has a screen that is very similar to the Galaxy S10 one, because although the Motorola Edge 40 has a much worse display density and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a bit larger display.

Galaxy S10 features a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S10 also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.

Motorola Edge 40 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor taking much higher quality pictures and videos, a lot higher resolution back facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture.
