The Samsung Galaxy S10 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), having a general score of 88.3 against 75.8. The Samsung Galaxy S10 is a a bit lighter phone than the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), but both are 0.31inches thick. The Galaxy S10 has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a lot better 1440 x 3040 resolution, a better pixel number per inch of display and a larger display.
Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a much bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB and more internal storage.
