Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy S10's 88.3 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is heavier but somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy S10, and both were released only 7 months apart. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S10 has Android 11, providing a lot of extra features and increased performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater pixel density and a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels. The Galaxy Fold has a bit superior processor than Galaxy S10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold's camera is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S10's camera, both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the same video frame rates, the same sensor size, the same aperture and a same resolution camera. Samsung Galaxy Fold has a much greater memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Fold features superior battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has a 29% greater battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S10, letting go a couple features and specifications.
