Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S10's 88.3 score. Galaxy S20 is a a bit heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S10, but both of them are equally thin. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S10 has Android 11, counting with lots of additional features.

Galaxy S20 counts with a screen that is very similar to Galaxy S10's display, although the Galaxy S20 also has a quite bigger screen, a little bit greater number of pixels in each inch in the screen and a slightly better 1440 x 3200 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also counts with a much larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a lot better video quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S10. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Galaxy S10, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
