Galaxy S10 is better than the Galaxy S5 Plus, getting an 88.3 score against 78.1. Galaxy S10's design is a lot newer and just a little thinner than Galaxy S5 Plus's, although it is also just a little bit heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S10 has older 11 version and Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy S5 Plus features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S10, although it has a quite smaller screen, a lot lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a just a little lower amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy S10 has just a little better performance than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S10 counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy S10 has greater battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 21% larger battery capacity.
Galaxy S10 shoots slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a way worse resolution camera, it also counts with a much larger aperture to capture better low light photography and video and a larger back camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.
Samsung Galaxy S10 is a bit more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
