Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S10 has a global score of 88.3, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's general score of 81.9. Samsung Galaxy S10's design is newer, much thinner and incredibly lighter than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. The Galaxy S10 counts with a little bit better performance than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S10 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 and the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active both have quite similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has a little worse resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixels number in each screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy S10 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, a same size back camera sensor and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has a larger camera aperture and faster video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy S10 features a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
The Galaxy S10 costs a bit more money than Galaxy S8 Active, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
