Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 III is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S10, getting a 93.3 score against 88.3. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Sony Xperia 1 III's design is incredibly newer, but a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S10.

The Xperia 1 III features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has a higher 1644 x 3840px resolution, a bit bigger display and a just a bit greater pixels number per inch of display.

The Xperia 1 III features a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S10, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia 1 III has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos, and they both have a back camera with a 12 mega pixels resolution and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia 1 III also counts with a lot larger camera sensor shooting much better quality pictures and higher video frame rate.

Xperia 1 III counts with better battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has a 32% more battery size.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S10. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Xperia 1 III, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S10, letting go a couple features and specs.
