Comparison review
The Galaxy S10 has a global score of 88.3, which is much better than the Xiaomi 12's global score of 78.8. Although Galaxy S10 is a lot older than Xiaomi 12, it's body is a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S10 has an older 11 version and Xiaomi 12 has Android 12.
The Xiaomi 12 and Galaxy S10 feature similar displays, because although the Xiaomi 12 has a bit inferior amount of pixels per inch of screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a little bigger screen. Galaxy S10 counts with a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy S10 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S10 features a much better processing power than Xiaomi 12. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Xiaomi 12 takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a way tinier aperture, it also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher 50 MP resolution, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality pictures and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Xiaomi 12 has longer battery performance than Galaxy S10, because it has a 32 percent more battery capacity.
