Samsung Galaxy S10 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, getting an 88.3 score against 83.8. Samsung Galaxy S10's construction is just a little thinner and way lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, even when both of them were released with only 4 months difference. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 and Samsung Galaxy S10 have extremely similar CPUs, they have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040px. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing photos and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have a same size sensor, the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also counts with a more mega pixels camera.
