Comparison review
The Galaxy S10 has a global score of 88.3, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's 80.3 general score. Although the Galaxy S10 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 were only released with a few months difference, the Galaxy S10 is lighter and just a little thinner. The Galaxy S10 counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S10 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Galaxy S10 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040px and a greater amount of pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy S10 features slightly more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has better battery life than Galaxy S10, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 shoots much better photographs and videos than Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low light captures and video, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also counts with a camera with much more mega-pixels, higher 120 frames per second video frame rate and a way bigger sensor.
