Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a global score of 88.3, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's score of 79. Both of these devices work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should give identical OS features. The Samsung Galaxy S10 body is thinner and notably lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even though it was released just a bit over a year before.
The Galaxy S10 has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040 and more pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy S10 features a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has more RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a superior camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is worse for low-light photography and videos and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a much larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Galaxy S10 features a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy S10 also has 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S10 costs a little more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
