Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S10e's general score of 86.3. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer phone than Samsung Galaxy S10e, although it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because it has a little better pixels number per screen inch, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a larger screen.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better memory for games and applications than Galaxy S10e, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S10e, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor which provides a much higher photo and video quality, a much better 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a lot higher video definition.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S10e, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S10e. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S10e, giving up a couple specifications.
