Comparison review
Galaxy S10e is slightly better than Galaxy S4, getting an 86.3 score against 79. Galaxy S10e's design has the same thickness than the Galaxy S4, but it's somewhat heavier. The Galaxy S10e has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and 4 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S4 has just a bit better screen than Galaxy S10e, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a quite better pixel count in each inch of screen. Galaxy S10e counts with a better camera than Galaxy S4, because although it has a lower resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited situations, a bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy S10e has much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S4, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy S10e features superior battery duration than Galaxy S4, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S10e is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S10e, else you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up a couple specs and features.
