Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a global score of 90.8, which is much better than Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 global score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Huawei P40 Lite were only released with a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE's design is just a little heavier but just a little bit thinner. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has the newer 11 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10, giving some extra features and improved performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a bit better screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a little bit bigger display and a little better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S20 FE features just a little better performance than Huawei P40 Lite. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Huawei P40 Lite captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a smaller sensor taking lower quality photos and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a F1.8 aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a camera in the back with lot more MP.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a bit longer battery life than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE costs a lot more money than the Huawei P40 Lite, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
