The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an overall score of 90.8, which is a bit better than the LG G8 ThinQ's overall score of 84.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an older 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE construction has the same thickness than LG G8 ThinQ, but it's somewhat heavier.

LG G8 ThinQ features a CPU that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE one, both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher display pixels density.

Galaxy S20 FE has a slightly better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low light images, and they both have the same video quality, a 12 mega-pixels resolution camera and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy S20 FE also counts with a way larger back camera sensor taking lot better quality photographs.

LG G8 ThinQ has a greater storage for apps and games than Galaxy S20 FE, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Galaxy S20 FE features better battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G8 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G8 ThinQ, giving up some specs and features.
