Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an overall score of 90.8, which is much better than Motorola Edge 40's general score of 77.2. Both devices we compare here include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE body is noticeably older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than Motorola Edge 40.
The Galaxy S20 FE has a much better processing power than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the same amount of pixels per inch of screen and a display with the same size.
Motorola Edge 40 shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a larger back camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality, a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution back camera and a much bigger aperture to take better low light photos and video.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 FE features just a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 40, because it has a 2 percent greater battery size.
