Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a general score of 90.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy M40's 85 general score. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and just a little thicker than the Galaxy M40. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy M40 has Android 10.
The Galaxy S20 FE counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy M40. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The Galaxy S20 FE counts with a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a just a bit lower screen density, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a lot smaller sensor taking much lower quality images and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also counts with a much more megapixels camera and a larger camera aperture to take better captures in low light environments.
The Galaxy S20 FE features a bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy M40, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 FE features greater battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.
