Comparison review

The Galaxy S21 Ultra is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, getting a 98.1 score against 90.8. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy S21 Ultra is a heavier and just a little bit thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Both of these devices include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a sharper display than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a little bigger display, a better pixels density and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy S20 FE, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a lot more megapixels back camera, a much higher video resolution and a much larger sensor which gives a much better image and video quality.

The Galaxy S20 FE has a way bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S20 FE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S20 FE. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy S20 FE, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
