Comparison review
The Galaxy S22 Ultra is just a bit better than the Galaxy S20 FE, getting a overall score of 95.4 against 90.8. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S22 Ultra has newer 13 version and Galaxy S20 FE has Android 11 version. The Galaxy S22 Ultra design is newer than Galaxy S20 FE's, but it is heavier and just a little thicker.
The Galaxy S20 FE has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a better 1440 x 3088 resolution, a little bit greater pixel density and a bit larger display.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra takes a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy S20 FE, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a lot larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot better 7680x4320 video definition and a back camera with a way better 108 mega-pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S20 FE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S20 FE. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S20 FE, letting go a couple specs and features.
