Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 FE has a score of 90.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra's 90.7 global score. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 FE has an older 11 version and Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Galaxy S20 FE features a very superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a way better display than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a little bit bigger display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a little higher pixels count in each screen inch. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features more memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
