The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an overall score of 90.8, which is much better than the Galaxy S8 Active's score of 81.9. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a a lot newer device, and it's also just a bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy S8 Active. Galaxy S20 FE features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S8 Active has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better count of pixels per inch in the screen and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. The Galaxy S20 FE shoots slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same video quality and a same resolution camera, the Galaxy S20 FE also counts with a way bigger sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality and better video frame rate.
Galaxy S20 FE counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy S20 FE has just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
