Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a general score of 94.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S20 FE's global score of 90.8. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both of them should give you identical OS features. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the Galaxy S20 FE were only released with a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is noticeably heavier but also somewhat thinner.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S20 FE, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 6 GB more RAM. Galaxy S20 FE features a slightly better display than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a little bit greater quantity of pixels in each screen inch.
Galaxy S20 FE captures a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Z Fold 2. Both of them have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the same video resolution, the same diafragm aperture, the same sensor size and a 12 mega-pixels resolution camera. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE counts with more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's battery performance is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE one.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, giving up a couple specs and features.
