Galaxy S20 FE is much better than the Sony Xperia 1, getting a score of 90.8 against 82.6. The Galaxy S20 FE design is newer than the Sony Xperia 1's, but it's just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker. The Sony Xperia 1's CPU is very similar to Samsung Galaxy S20 FE's processing unit, they have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores.
