Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has an overall score of 90.8, which is just a bit better than the Xperia 10 III's overall score of 83.7. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE body has the same thickness than the Xperia 10 III, but it is somewhat heavier.
