The Galaxy S20 FE has a global score of 90.8, which is much better than Xperia XZ Premium's overall score of 79.8. Although the Galaxy S20 FE is just a little thicker than the Xperia XZ Premium, it's a little bit lighter and noticeably newer. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a little bit better processing power than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a way better looking screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixels number per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels.
