The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, getting a global score of 90.8 against 81.1. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE construction is just a little thinner and a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although they were only released with a couple of months difference. These devices include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10.
The Galaxy S20 FE counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 6 GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen.

Galaxy S20 FE is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
