The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a bit better than the Apple iPhone 13, getting a general score of 98 against 91.5. Although it's the best we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older, somewhat thicker and way heavier cellphone than Apple iPhone 13. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G comes with Android 13 OS, while Apple iPhone 13 counts with iOS 15.x OS.
Apple iPhone 13 counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has 2 lesser cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit processor. The iPhone 13 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a quite worse count of pixels per screen inch, a way lower resolution of 1170 x 2532px and a quite smaller screen.

If you are trying to save some money, you can buy iPhone 13, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
