The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is a little bit better than iPhone 14's score of 92.5. Even being the best phone in this review, we must tell that it is also a notably older, much heavier and somewhat thicker phone. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G comes with Android 13 operating system, while iPhone 14 works with iOS 16.x operating system.
The iPhone 14 counts with a better performance than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 2 lesser cpu cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit. The iPhone 14 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a little bit smaller display, a quite worse screen density and a way worse resolution of 1170 x 2532.
