The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a little bit better than the iPhone 14 Pro's 95.6 score. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G works with Android 13 OS, while iPhone 14 Pro comes with iOS 16.x OS. Even being the best we compare here, we must highlight that it's also a incredibly older, just a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker phone.
The iPhone 14 Pro features a faster CPU than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory and 2 less cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
