Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than iPhone 6's overall score of 79.2. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is noticeably newer than iPhone 6, it is noticeably heavier and thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has Android 13 OS, while iPhone 6 has iOS 8.x OS.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a little better processing power than Apple iPhone 6, because although it has a 32-bit processor against 64-bits and doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Apple iPhone 6 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a much smaller screen, a lot worse 1334 x 750 resolution and a lot worse pixels density.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots a lot better pictures and videos than iPhone 6, because it has a bigger aperture for better low-light photos and video, a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior memory for games and applications than iPhone 6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Apple iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Apple iPhone 6. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Apple iPhone 6, letting go some features and specifications.
