Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is better than the iPhone 6s's 83 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G works with Android 13 OS, and iPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x OS. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is incredibly newer than the iPhone 6s's, but it is somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier.
