Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than iPhone 7's 81.6 score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a way newer device than iPhone 7, but it is somewhat thicker and notably heavier. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little more vivid screen than iPhone 7, because it has a way better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a much larger screen and a much better pixels number per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful CPU than iPhone 7, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
