The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than Asus ROG Phone 3's global score of 86.3. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Asus ROG Phone 3, although both were released with only 5 months difference. Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a much lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit smaller display.
