The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Google Pixel 4, with a score of 98 against 81.9. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an a little thicker and extremely heavier phone than the Google Pixel 4. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better processing power than Google Pixel 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 4, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution, a quite better pixels number per inch in the screen and a bigger screen. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots greater photos and videos than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography, it also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels, a lot larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 4, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a really longer battery duration than Google Pixel 4, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 2800mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Pixel 4, resigning some specs and features.
