The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than HTC One M9, with a global score of 98 against 77.7. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a much newer and just a little bit thinner phone than HTC One M9, but it is also noticeably heavier. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0.

The HTC One M9 features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits processor and a GPU. The HTC One M9 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a lot smaller display and a little bit worse quantity of pixels per inch of display.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better camera than HTC One M9, because it has a back facing camera with lot more MP, a bigger sensor which offers a better image and video quality, a much higher 7680x4320 video definition and a bigger aperture. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better storage to install applications and games than HTC One M9, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a superior battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 76% more battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC One M9. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC One M9, giving up some features and specifications.
