Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, getting a 98 score against 82.7. Even though the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
