Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is way better than the Huawei nova 3's 76.3 global score. Both phones we are comparing here have Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is newer, but incredibly heavier and thicker than Huawei nova 3.
