Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is way better than Huawei nova 5T's global score of 80.8. Even being the best we compare here, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat thicker and a lot heavier phone than Huawei nova 5T. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Huawei nova 5T has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better performance than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a quite larger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a just a bit better screen pixel density.
