The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Huawei P40 Pro's 88.2 general score. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10 version. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction has the same thickness than Huawei P40 Pro, but it is just a bit heavier.
