Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than the LG G3's 76.4 general score. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and some performance improvements. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a notably heavier cellphone than LG G3, but both of them are equally thin.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better processor than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The LG G3 has a much better screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit lower 2560 x 1440 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel count in each display inch.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a greater camera than LG G3, because it has a lot bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments, a camera in the back with way more mega pixels, a much bigger sensor and a much better video quality. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than LG G3, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G3, letting go a couple specifications.
