The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is a lot better than LG G7 ThinQ's score of 81. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than LG G7 ThinQ, it is heavier and somewhat thicker.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more powerful processor than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a better screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixel density.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots a lot better videos and photos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video resolution, a back camera with a way higher 108 mega-pixels resolution and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a SD card slot that supports 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G7 ThinQ. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specs.
